Added content:

-Highscore system!
          >Displayed on the main menu & the end-game screen and saved in the game.
          >Special score effect if the highscore is passed.

-Perfect block (special sound & visual effect + score if an enemy attack is blocked near frame perfect);

-Game pauses itself if not in front (-> prevents dying from a missclick out of the game window);

-Runs better on HTML5 (web) & Android;

-Block SFX is not immediately played (if the player only wants to attack, it will not play).
